Raymond H. Petereit founded Petereit Investments in 1978 and continues to serve as the company’s President.  Ray, as he is known by all, has developed 6 properties since starting in the business and has acquired 23 others.  He has continuously been the authority on all matters including management, leasing, and finance. Ray believes in a methodical, no-partners approach when acquiring new properties which has proven to be nothing short of successful.  This, combined with his engaged leadership style, has no doubt propelled the company forward.  He is genuinely interested in the happiness of his employees and has cultivated a workplace culture of collaboration and generosity.  His analytical, yet empathetic perspective is not just inspiring and appreciated, it is essential.
