Northlake Forest Shopping Center is a 20,644 square foot retail center at the signalized hard corner of Spring Cypress Rd. and Huffmeister Rd. The center is located between the Northlake Forest and Coles Crossing subdivisions in Cypress, Texas, a Northwest suburb of Houston. The Northlake Forest subdivision was started in 1999 and consists of about 440 single family homes. Coles Crossing is a 1,200 acre master planned community founded in 1998 that consists of over 2,600 homes with values between $250,000 and $900,000.

The center is situated in a corridor where there are limited competing shopping centers and high barriers of entry due to the limited commercial reserves and the density of housing.
