Petereit Investments, Inc. is a Houston based commercial real estate and Management Company, founded by Raymond H. Petereit in 1978. The company has grown from constructing a single executive suite office building in 1983 to owning and managing sixteen commercial properties. We currently own and manage approximately 750,000 sq. ft. of leaseable space and we continue to grow.

We are building for our tenant’s future and desire for them to succeed. We strive to accommodate our tenants with prompt attention to their needs in our office, retail, and warehouse facilities. Our office personnel provide coverage for tenant needs at all times during the business day. Our maintenance personnel are available after hours and on weekends.
