Petereit Investments, Inc. is a Houston based commercial real estate and Management Company, founded by Raymond H. Petereit in 1978. The company has grown from constructing a single executive suite office building in 1983 to owning and managing fifteen (15) commercial properties. We currently own and manage over 600,000sq.ft. of leaseable space and we continue to grow.

We strive to accommodate our tenants with prompt attention to their needs in our office, retail, and warehouse facilities. Our office personnel provide coverage for tenant needs at all times during the business day. Our maintenance personnel are available after hours and on weekends.
